  1. Talk about the work

    We discuss the machines, materials, weekly production, shifts and hourly pay. Employers explain who they need. Candidates tell us about their experience and the work they want.

  2. Discuss the experience

    We ask candidates about cutting and setting miters, handling seams on installation day and moving slabs from the rack. Employers receive notes on that experience.

  3. Interview, offer and start

    We arrange interviews around your availability and explain any shop visit or skills assessment in advance. Then we help with the offer and start date, and check in after the hire.
